Message	Would this wobbly belt wheel be causing the whirring sound,or would that be caused by the idler pulley that`s under the timing belt cover? Do I have two different issues that need to be addressed (that wobbly grooved wheel inline with the ac belt AND the idler pulley that`s in unison with the timing belt)?
